Every one of those is a business inside ten miles of you that buys branded apparel on a schedule.

  • No inventory, no equipment, no money out of your pocket. You never touch a box.
  • Artwork, mockups, production, fulfillment and invoicing run out of our building.
  • Every partner is onboarded live on the weekly call. Your invitation is to that call.

The invitation

This page is not public.
You were sent here on purpose.

I am opening up the promos side of Lift Threadz to a small group of partners, and I would rather hand it to people who are already trusted somewhere than to strangers who answered an ad.

That is why there is no link to this page anywhere on our website. Somebody either sent it to you or told you to go find it, and both of those mean the same thing. You are already in front of the people we want to make gear for.

I am not asking you to buy anything or commit to anything. I am inviting you to one call, so you can hear how it works from me and decide for yourself.

Who this is built for

You don't need a sales background.
You need a room.

The best Promos Partners are not salespeople. They are people who already sit in front of the exact businesses that order custom gear, and who have never had anything to sell them. If any of these is you, the hard part is already done.

01

Gym & studio owners

You already print shirts for your own members. Every other gym, box and studio in your county needs the same thing and has no one to call.

02

Trades & field service

You are on job sites every week standing next to GCs, subs and suppliers who put fifteen to sixty people in branded workwear every year.

03

Coaches & club organizers

Teams, leagues, tournaments and booster clubs order apparel every single season, on a calendar you already have memorized.

04

Real estate & local service pros

Your entire business is relationships with local business owners. Gear is the easiest second conversation you will ever have with them.

05

Event & community organizers

Races, festivals, church groups, fundraisers, car shows. Every event on your calendar is a shirt order that someone is already placing somewhere else.

06

Anyone already selling to local business

Insurance, payroll, IT, signage, marketing. You are in the room, you have the trust, and you are leaving a second product on the table.

How many gear orders have been placed around you this year that you never got paid on?

Those businesses bought from someone. It was not you, and it was not because they liked that vendor better.

Your invitation

Sure. Show me what I was invited to.

The arithmetic

What the money actually looks like.

The target we build partners toward is an extra five to ten thousand dollars a month. Nobody hits that on one lucky order. They hit it on a handful of accounts that reorder on a schedule. Here is what those accounts actually are.

A

A 30-person gym staff in polos

Front desk, trainers, and the coaching staff. Then again when they rebrand, add a location, or the shirts get beat up. Twice a year is normal.

B

A construction outfit putting 60 guys in workwear

Tees, hoodies and hats with the logo on the chest and the back. Crews grow, guys turn over, gear wears out on a job site faster than anywhere else.

C

A school or club ordering 200 spirit shirts

Every August, every season, every tournament. It is the most predictable apparel order in the country and it goes to whoever asked first.

D

A restaurant group re-running staff tees each quarter

Staff turns over constantly, so the order comes back constantly. One account, four orders a year, forever.

None of those are whales. Every one of them is a business inside ten miles of you. The partners who get to the number do not have a hundred customers. They have eight or ten accounts that reorder without being asked twice.

Your commission rate and payment terms are walked through live on the partner call and put in writing before you sell anything. We are not going to publish a number on a web page and let you guess at the rest of it. Five to ten thousand a month is the target we build toward. It is not a promise, and anyone who promises you a number is selling you something.

How it works

A customer says yes.
Then you have two options.

Without Lift Promos

The middleman path

"I have to go figure out how to actually make this."

  • Source blanks, hope the sizes existSlow
  • Find a decorator, eat their minimumsRisky
  • Front the money before you collect a dimeCostly
  • Chase art files, approve a print you cannot seeSlow
  • Own every delay, defect and reprint yourselfRisky

You are now in the apparel business, which is a real business with real capital requirements. Most people quote once, get burned once, and never bring it up again.

With Lift Promos

The partner path

"I made the introduction. They handled the rest."

  • You send us the lead and what they needFast
  • We build the mockup and quote itClarity
  • Customer approves, we produce in houseFast
  • We ship, invoice and collectClarity
  • You get paid on the orderEffective

You stay in the part you are actually good at, which is the relationship. No inventory sitting in your garage, no capital at risk, no production headaches that are yours to solve.

What a partner gets

Everything that normally stops people,
already removed.

The reason most people never sell apparel is not that they lack customers. It is that between "they want shirts" and "I got paid" there are about nine places to get stuck. Every one of these exists because one of those nine stopped somebody cold.

01

The weekly partner call

The core of the program. One hour, every week, live. Product, pricing, what to say, what to do when they push back, and what other partners closed that week. This is where you are onboarded and where you stay sharp.

02

The Promos Playbook

How to open the conversation, how to spot who is about to order, how to quote without sounding like you are guessing, and how to answer the three objections you will hear on repeat.

03

Free mockups on demand

Send us a logo and what they want. You get a mockup to put in front of the customer. You are never the one explaining why you cannot show them what it will look like.

04

Zero inventory and zero upfront cost

You do not buy blanks. You do not carry stock. You do not front the job. There is no scenario in this program where you are out of pocket on an order.

05

Production and fulfillment in house

The apparel, the decorating and the shipping run out of our building. When a customer asks how fast, you are quoting a real answer from a real operation, not calling three vendors to find out.

06

We invoice and we collect

You do not chase money. You do not sit in the middle of a payment dispute with somebody you have to see at the gym on Monday.

07

Partner pricing on Lift Threadz gear

Exclusive partner discounts on the retail line, plus access to drops before they go public. You should be wearing what you sell, and you should not be paying full price for it.

08

A written commission agreement

Your rate and your payment terms in writing, before you make a single introduction. Nobody in this program finds out what they earn after the fact.

What is one hour a week worth against a second income you keep for as long as those accounts reorder?

The call costs nothing. If the first one does not show you exactly where the money comes from, do not come back to the second one.

Your invitation

Great. Hold a seat for me.

The weekly partner call

One hour. Same time every week.
Nothing about it is a webinar.

This is not a pitch you sit through once. It is the operating room for the partner program, and it runs every week whether you show up or not. New partners get onboarded on it. Existing partners bring live deals to it.

What happens on it
  • The product line, what it costs, what it competes with
  • Who is buying right now and what the season is
  • Exactly what to say to open the conversation
  • Live deal review. Partners bring real quotes and get them fixed
  • Commission structure and terms, walked through in full
  • Open Q and A with the people who actually run production
Why it is invite only

Every partner in this program is representing Lift Threadz to a business owner in their own community. A bad partner does not just lose a deal. They cost somebody their reputation in a town they live in.

So we meet everyone first. The application takes about two minutes, and it is the only gate.

Partners are brought on in groups so onboarding actually gets attention. If a group is full, you go on the next one.

The part that makes this work

Most referral programs hand you
a link and wish you luck.

The reason those fail is that the person doing the referring is still the one holding all the risk and none of the machine. Three things make this different.

Unique operation

A real building, not a dropship link

The garments, the decorating and the fulfillment are ours. When a customer asks what a rush order looks like, the answer comes from the floor, not from a supplier who has not called us back.

Unique product

Gear people actually want to wear

Lift Threadz is a retail athleisure brand first. The blanks your customers get branded are the same ones people buy at full price with no logo on them at all.

Unique demand

A customer base that already exists

Businesses are already ordering promo gear from us on repeat. You are not proving a new concept to your market. You are plugging into something that already ships.

You are not starting an apparel company. You are getting handed the finished half of one and asked to do the part you were already doing for free.

1,525

businesses have already ordered custom gear from us. This is not a cold start.

40,000+

hats in the building. Inventory depth is why we can quote fast and mean it.

Retail-first

Lift Threadz is a consumer athleisure brand, not a blank catalog with a logo on it.

Why the timing matters

The biggest apparel orders of the year
get quoted in the fall.

Now

You learn the product

A few calls to get the line, the pricing and the pitch in your head. This is the part that takes the longest and it is the part everyone skips.

Next

You quote the season

Holiday staff gear, year-end client gifts, Q1 rebrands and spring league orders all get decided in the back half of the year.

Then

Those accounts reorder

The account you land this season is the account that comes back next season without you doing the work twice. That is the whole compounding mechanic.

A partner who starts learning the line in the fall is quoting the holiday and year-end orders. A partner who starts in January is learning the product while the season they wanted is already printed, shipped and paid for by somebody else.

Who is quoting the accounts on your street while you decide whether this is for you?

Somebody is going to sell them their gear this year. There is no version of this where nobody does.

Your invitation

Yes. I am accepting the invitation.

What is Lift Threadz

The brand behind the gear

Lift Threadz is a retail athleisure label out of Utah. Tees, polos, hoodies, joggers and hats built on better blanks than the category normally uses, sold direct to consumers who buy them with no logo on them at all.

Lift Threadz Promos is the custom side of that business. Same garments, same building, decorated with a local company's logo and shipped to their crew. The retail brand is what makes the promo product worth wearing, and that is the entire reason this works as a thing to sell.

Who runs it

Jonny Johnson, founder of Lift Threadz

Jonny Johnson

Former president of a home alarm company, which is a business built entirely on local reps knocking doors and getting paid on what they bring in. He knows exactly what a good partner program owes the people in it, because he ran one.

He started Lift Threadz because the gear in that world was uniformly bad. Now he is opening the promos side to partners on the same terms he would have wanted.

Straight answers

Questions,
answered.

If yours is not here, ask it live on the call. That is what the Q and A is for.

Nothing. There is no buy-in, no starter kit you have to purchase, no monthly fee. If a program like this asks you for money up front, the program is the product and you are the customer. That is not this.

We walk the full structure and payment terms through live on the partner call, and you get it in writing before you make a single introduction. We are deliberately not publishing it on a public page, because the number on its own tells you almost nothing without the order sizes, the reorder rates and the terms sitting next to it.

No. You never buy blanks, never carry stock, never front a job and never own a press. There is no point in this program where you are out of pocket on an order.

No, and it is the most common starting point. The call exists to teach you the line, the pricing and the language. What you cannot be taught in an hour a week is a room full of local business owners who trust you, and that is the part you are bringing.

We do. Send the logo and what the customer wants, and you get a mockup back to put in front of them. You are never the person saying "I'm not sure what it'll look like."

You hand it to us. We confirm sizes and art, produce the order, ship it, invoice the customer and collect. You are not managing the job and you are not chasing the money.

One hour a week for the call, plus whatever time you spend having conversations you were largely having anyway. Nobody in this program is being asked to quit anything.

That is the ideal version of this. The partners with the easiest path are the ones already selling something else to local businesses, because the introduction costs them nothing. It is a second product in a conversation they were already going to have.

No, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. That is the target we build partners toward, not a promise we can make. What you earn depends on how many accounts you land and how often they reorder, and both of those are things you do, not things we do for you. What we can guarantee is the part that is ours: the product, the mockups, the production, the invoicing and the terms in writing.

Because every partner is representing this brand to business owners in their own community, and we would rather have twenty partners we have actually met than four hundred we have not. The application is short and the call is the interview.

Then you do not come back and it cost you an hour. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to get out of.

Your invitation

The invitation is open.
The room is already yours.

Two minutes to apply. One hour a week if you are in. The people you would be selling to are buying this year with or without you in the middle of it.

I accept. Save my seat on the next call.
